Caipirinha – The national drink of Brazil, lime muddled with sugar and your choice of Cachaca.
   
 
Caipiroska – A Russian take on the Caipirinha vodka replaces Cachaca.
   
 
Batida – Another traditional Brazil drink based on Cachaca mixed with fresh fruit and sugar. Choose from mango, raspberry, passion fruit or watermelon.
   
 
Mojito – The usual suspect, mint, lime and sugar are mixed with El Dorado 5yr rum and topped with soda.
   
 
Pisco Sour – Pisco, lemon juice and gomme given body and texture by the addition of egg white then shaken, served straight up and finished with a dash of bitter.
   
 
Margarita – Arette Blanco tequila is balanced with cointreau and lime juice, shaken served straight up or on the rocks.
   
 
Daquiri – Strong (rum), sour (lime) and sweet (sugar) balanced well make this classic the epitome of cocktail making. We use El Dorado white rum in ours. Or choose a flavour from raspberry, mango, passion fruit and watermelon.
   
 
Dark ‘n’ stormy – Muddled ginger, lime and sugar washed with Gosling dark rum and topped with Fentimans ginger beer served long.
   
COMIDA Originals £6.00:  
Honey Daquiri – Honey replaces sugar which adds a lovely richness, you choose from El Dorado light or dark rum.
   
 
Oi Gostosa – Sagatiba cachaca, lime and sugar charged with pressed apple juice and grated cinnamon served long.
   
 
Hola Guapa – El Dorado 5yr rum shaken with pineapple juice, lime, sugar and rosemary served long and topped with red wine.
   
 
Cuban Master – El Dorado white rum and Remy Martin VSOP shaken with orange, pinapple and lemon juice and a dash og gomme served long.
   
 
Inca Punch – Homemade punch juice made from fresh pinapple and cloves added to ARA pisco the shaken and strained over rocks served short.
   
 
Iguacu Falls – Sagatiba Cachaca shaken with passion fruit syrup, cranberry and crème de peche, served long over ice.
   
 
Pisco Rojo – Red Grapes muddled and shaken with ABA Pisco, lemon juice, gomme syrup and white wine, served short over rocks.
   
 
Pisco Fresca – Same as above with bubble replacing wine and served long.
   
 
Sangria (pitcher £20.00 & half pitcher £12.00) – Malbec and El Dorado spiced rum are added to limes, lemons, orange and soda to create a beautiful slightly spicy pitcher of sangria to enjoy with friends.
   
After Dinner Cocktails £6.00  
Pisco Flip – ABA pisco shaken with egg yolk, milk, cream and cinnamon, strained into a chilled martini glass and dusted with nutmeg.
   
 
Velha Cachaca – Sagatiba Cachaca shaken with kahlua, espresso and gomme creates a fluffy South American style espresso martini.
